Who do I call for help?

For problems with your phone system, or to request moves, adds, or changes you may use the online service form or call our office 24 hours a day at 281-364-3710.

For telephone support during normal business hours, we provide technical assistance at no additional charge for customers who have a maintenance agreement with ACT. For customers who have opted not to purchase a service plan we provide telephone support at a rate of $25.00 per 15-minute increment.
