What is the difference between new and refurbished telephone equipment?

Refurbished (or remanufactured) equipment is equipment that has been returned to the system manufacturer in good working condition and has been cleaned, tested, and certified as operable. Refurbished equipment, however, does not carry the same warranty as new equipment. Your Sales Representative will be able to provide you with further information during the new system configuration and analysis process.
