ESI 600 Phone System

ESI-600 Phone System for Converged Communications can be: a traditional digital business phone system; a fully standards-based IP telephony system; or any mix of the two. The choice is entirely yours, and the mix can easily change when your needs do. Like other higher-end ESI business telephone systems, the ESI-600 provides built-in voice mail, an automated attendant, and automatic call distribution (ACD). It also supports ESI’s VIP and VIP Professional unified messaging solutions, the productivity-boosting ESI PC Attendant Console, and ESI Presence Management.

ESI IVX X-Class

ESI X-Class Phone System

ESI IVX X-Class Phone System systems are ESI’s flagship products. Each offers a selection among multiple Digital Feature Phones, cost-effective expansion capabilities, automated attendant, automated call distribution (ACD), and voice mail. Also, these systems boast extensive expandability, with up to 252 call-processing ports and up to 420 hours of voice storage, along with support for T1, ISDN PRI, and TAPI computer/telephony integration (CTI). IP capabilities can be added to IVX X-Class and IVX E-Class, allowing existing customers to benefit from VoIP technology as the need arises.

Guide. The built-in user tutorial simplifies training new employees and makes it unnecessary to keep track of a printed manual.

Intelligent Caller ID.

ESI’s patented technology displays the caller’s name-and-number information with each call, and even stores it with each voice mail message. On your ESI Feature Phone, use the Esi-Dex™ speed-dial feature for single-touch storage of caller information for callback any time.

Unique message handling.

IVX C-Class with voice mail has patented features that make it a snap to share information with your team. ESI’s Quick Groups™ lets you send a message to other user mailboxes by pressing the blue VOICE MAIL key followed by the desired station keys — easily creating a voice mail distribution group on the fly.

Message Recycle Bin.

The system stores up to 10 of your most recently deleted messages in a Message Recycle Bin from which you can easily recover them.

Call recording.

IVX C-Class with voice mail lets you record any call. Simply press the RECORD key on
your ESI Feature Phone and the system will record the call — even conference calls and
personal reminders.

Call screening.

On IVX C-Class with voice mail, screen calls just as you do with your home answering machine. Listen as callers leave messages in your mailbox, and intercept a call by lifting the handset.

Off-premises “reach-me.”

A caller forwarded to your mailbox can reach you at an external number — such as your home or cell phone. IVX C-Class also makes it easy to change your “reach-me” number remotely.

Compatible Products

ESI-Link uses your WAN or the Internet to join together up to 100 compatible ESI phone systems into one interconnected, IP-based system. While ESI wasn’t the first company to offer a multi-site solution, it was the first to offer one that unites the many advantages of multi-site communications (see full details) with the unique, high-performance features of ESI phone systems.

ESI Cordless Handset uses proven, reliable 900 MHz technology to provide mobility to the user who’s constantly on the move in the office. (Why 900 MHz? Because it passes through walls far more effectively than cordless telephony using the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands, which are intended more for residential than workplace use.) You get the same rich ESI feature set as in the 24-Key Feature Phone — but in a compact, lightweight, portable handset. The ESI-exclusive Quick Switch feature makes going from your desktop ESI phone to your Cordless Handset, or back again, as easy as pressing a key.
