More than just phone system installers

Our Phone Technicians, in addition to installing, repairing and programming business phone systems, assist our customers in defining the technological solutions to help them meet their objectives. In conjunction with our entire staff, they offer an array of services and products that assist businesses in reaching their full potential, such as phone systems, remote branch connectivity, voice over IP service, phone system help desk,  telecommunications wiring and cabling and more!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous customer service to new and existing customers
  • Install, Program, and Troubleshoot Nortel & ESI business to business telephone systems
  • Ensures installation is completed within the allocated time frame and according to customer specifications
  • Responsible for upgrades and expansions
  • Coordinates customers' requests with appropriate company personnel. Acts as liaison between customer and company. Ensures customer is informed of progress or action plans

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 2 + years of experience working with Nortel & ESI phone systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Customer service orientation
  • Technical Degree and or Nortel or ESI Certification a major plus
  • Nortel & ESI certification desired
