Warranty Information

Action Communication Technology, Inc. would like to maintain a close relationship with their customers. We want customers to feel free to notify us if there are any questions concerning our products or service.

Action Communication Technology (ACT) warranties that all cabling and equipment purchased and installed will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of completion for a period of three (3) years. This warranty excludes repairs or replacements, whether occasioned by customer or third party, made necessary by misuse, neglect, accident, theft or unexplained loss, abuse, connection to foreign or non-dedicated electric current, fire, water, flood, windstorms, lightening, any act of God or public enemy or customer's failure to provide a suitable operating environment.

Vendor will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the State for at least 3 years after the product has been discontinued.
